Dog tickets:

• 50% of the 2nd class ticket price must be paid.
• Dogs can only be placed on seats in suitable containers. Contact booking to issue the ticket.
• Small dogs, up to 30 cm tall at the withers and traveling in pet carriers, baskets, or other suitable containers, can be transported free of charge in the cars as hand luggage.

• Cancellation/modification fees: €10.00 per person.
• We recommend arriving at the station at least 25-30 minutes before departure to allow time to find your seats.

With the Classic Trenino Rosso ticket, passengers can travel on all trains on the route (except the BEX). Of course, this means that the railways cannot know which train the customer will choose and that there may be overcrowding in the carriages at certain times.
