Delay, cancellation or change of program by the Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel a flight for technical and / or meteorological and / or operational reasons.
The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from delay or postponement of the flight for technical, meteorological, operational or other reasons not attributable to the Company.
Any change of program or route due to technical, meteorological or operational reasons does not entail any increase or reduction in the price.

Delay, cancellation or change of program by the Client:
Up to 16 days before the date of the flight: free cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, the Customer is required to pay the following:
15 to 2 days before the flight date: 50% of the total price; in the last 2 days before the flight date ("no show" included): 100% of the total price.
If the Customer does not show up for boarding at the established time, the company can cancel the flight with a charge of the relative travel price.
The transport prices do not include any insurance for flight cancellation. It is therefore recommended that the customer, if he does not already have it, to provide for the relevant insurance coverage.
In case of program changes (timetable or route) by the Customer, the Company reserves the right to apply price adjustments.
